My husband helps rebuild cars, so he knows the difference between a good quality used vehicle & a poor one. I have my MBA in finance so I search the internet looking nationwide what's on the market & what it's going for. We know what we specifically want & expect. Unfortunately, we've run into many salespeople trying to sell us on features & not quality. It's all about making the sale, not a relationship with the customer that could lead to future sales down the road. Maybe that's what you like. If you're looking for a dependable good quality used car at a fair market value, this is where you must go! The interior & exterior of this car was in very good shape for a 2012. It had a CLEAN CarFax report provided for FREE! No accidents, no damage, etc. It only had 59k miles on it, no rust, new inspection, breaks & tires are still good on them! We were very impressed! We live 4 hours away. They sent videos to us before we drove down! Once we got there, they let us test drive by ourselves. I don't like the salesperson standing there the entire time when you want to see for yourself. When we purchased the car it was a quick transaction! They don't charge any "dealership fees", they provide a 3 month 4500 mile warranty & a full tank of gas! The notary is down the street about a mile, so all the paperwork to transfer is done immediately! I think it took about a half hour to close & sign! This dealership is run by a father & son & they are HONEST, pleasant, easy to work with! They go above & beyond any vehicle sale I have ever experienced before & I have bought several cars through the years! They will be the first place I check the next time I need another vehicle, or anyone I know needs a vehicle! You won't regret buying from them! If an unforeseen problem comes up with the vehicle as that can happen, they GAVE you a warranty to back up what they presented you!

I've parked in the same spot every single day for the past two years with no issues. I got home from work around 8 PM, parked as usual, and when I went outside at 8 AM to leave for work, my car was gone. They towed my vehicle 10 miles away and then charged me $300 to get my own car back. The person who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude during the entire interaction. He told me my car was towed because my permit "wasn't shown," even though it absolutely was. He also admitted they towed another car because the permit was "hidden," which tells me they are not even properly checking for permits before towing people's vehicles. When I questioned their pricing, he said that if I needed a tow from the side of the road it would be a "different rate," but refused to tell me what that rate even is. Completely sketchy and suspicious behavior. The fact that they can't or won't provide the standard roadside tow rate raises more concerns about the legitimacy of the $300 charge. I also asked for an itemized receipt and proof that my permit supposedly "wasn't there," and they refused to provide either. That alone says everything about how they operate. This was completely unnecessary, stressful, and expensive--especially when my permit was visible the whole time. Their behavior shows a lack of care, professionalism, and accuracy when towing from residential areas.
