It was nighttime, cold, and raining. No garage was open. After a few calls from Amber (owner of Black Diamond restaurant) Black Rock Trucks and Equipment answered and open their garage just for us. My husband has worked for almost 2 decades at dealerships and was shocked at the lack of communication. We will not be returning and will not recommend to anyone. We were quoted a couple of thousand dollars at other chain places to have the work done, and most just wanted to sell us an extended warranty. Deer Lake Subaru quoted a price almost $1,500 less than the next cheapest price. In addition the folks were completely amazing. They were super friendly and had the work competed and the car back days ahead of schedule. Very happy with the entire experience. We later returned and purchased our own Subaru Forester and had an amazing experience as well and the car has been great.
