We also have custom steel posts designed for these gates. We can install automatic electric gate openers as well if you choose. Installations take two days. First day is to dig the post holes and place the posts into concrete. Then we return the following day to hang the gates etc. Prices vary a bit but typically the price of installation for gates and posts is around $2500. They poured a pad for me (with daily equipment breakdowns and delays). Quoted rebar 24" O.C. but installed at 5' to 6' O.C. until I showed them the bid. They added more rebar but it wasn't tied in and was still 30" to 36" O.C. I am having more concrete work done (by a reliable contractor this time) and the concrete supplier thought the address was familiar. I was told he never got paid for the concrete used in the slab for my shop. I have the receipts showing that I paid Ozark concrete for the concrete but they apparently kept the money for themselves.

They will take your money but not provide any services and then when you ask for your money back they suggest you take them to court. Lakeside Chimney was a great choice! We initially went with…read morea popular chimney company from around Springfield because it was who our General Contractor used. What a nightmare! They replaced our old chase cover with one that was so flat that it had puddles on it after it rained. They drilled rusty screws down through the TOP of the chase cover to fasten it, instead of stainless screws in the side. Then they put a booger gob of caulking on them to try to seal them. Then they got crazy with the caulking and tried sealing the chimney collar to the chase cover, which defeats the purpose of the collar to allow air flow. Somewhere between all of their installation errors, they defeated the very purpose they were hired for, which was to stop the chimney from leaking in our garage!!! We looked around some more & then came back with a few more questions & just as unprofessional as before she answered them in a somewhat snotty tone so at that point we decided she obviously doesn't care about our business so we left. I can't remember the last time an employee of any place of business has been as rude & unprofessional as this lady so needless to say we will never be returning.
