They quote one thing then try to get away doing less…read more Worse, they don't pay they're bills and the subcontractors could come after you and then you pay twice. They poured a pad for me (with daily equipment breakdowns and delays). Quoted rebar 24" O.C. but installed at 5' to 6' O.C. until I showed them the bid. They added more rebar but it wasn't tied in and was still 30" to 36" O.C. I am having more concrete work done (by a reliable contractor this time) and the concrete supplier thought the address was familiar. I was told he never got paid for the concrete used in the slab for my shop. I have the receipts showing that I paid Ozark concrete for the concrete but they apparently kept the money for themselves.

Lakeside Chimney was a great choice! We initially went with…read morea popular chimney company from around Springfield because it was who our General Contractor used. What a nightmare! They replaced our old chase cover with one that was so flat that it had puddles on it after it rained. They drilled rusty screws down through the TOP of the chase cover to fasten it, instead of stainless screws in the side. Then they put a booger gob of caulking on them to try to seal them. Then they got crazy with the caulking and tried sealing the chimney collar to the chase cover, which defeats the purpose of the collar to allow air flow. Somewhere between all of their installation errors, they defeated the very purpose they were hired for, which was to stop the chimney from leaking in our garage!!! Brandon and Caleb from Lakeside Chimney did an excellent job on our chimney! Even our General Contactor was asking for their business card.
