On the 3rd call, he told me he would be there tomorrow which was extremely short notice since someone had to take off work and remove pets from the home. I honestly believe he wouldn't even have called back to confirm a date and was just going to show up. He performed the service on Tuesday and called me that evening and I had missed the call. The following evening, 24 hours after the service was performed he called again and left a voicemail threatening to put a lien against the home because he was not paid yet and also called my real estate agent and was very hostile. I immediately contacted him and paid and talked to my realtor who confirmed the hostility and aggressive nature of the individual. This man did not send an invoice or leave an invoice at the house, he told me when I spoke to him that the quote was the invoice. I am 40 years old and have an 840 credit score and have never missed a payment for anything in my life. To be treated like this by this individual was by far my worst experience I've ever had by a so called professional who has performed a service for me. I highly recommend avoiding this business.

Rinker was the only one who provided a flat installation fee (that was also reasonable), a relatively quick installation appointment, and gave me answers to my questions that made sense and were consistent with appropriate practice. The protectors that were installed had higher capacity than another contractor's installation which I was told was "just enough." Just as important, the electrician left the installation sites clean and finished (the work to install one of the units appeared to take efforts that were above and beyond a simple installation however I was not charged any extra). I will continue to use Rinker whenever possible!
