I paid $425 for "Winterize - Water/Drains/Appliances," which included labor and antifreeze, as reflected on the invoice. The business publicly advertises services as a General Contractor and Home Builder, and I relied on those representations when hiring him, it's my second home and I informed him I was hiring him to do a full weatherization as I was told I needed to do if I wasn't returning for a long extended time . Eric Wiltse assured me he does this weatherization procedure a lot and has many clients who also own mountain home properties to assure me and gain my trust . Prior to the work, Mr. Wiltse texted to confirm that he was in his way to the property to winterize the home at 205 Hazelwood Drive, Nederland, CO. After receiving access confirmation. He later sent text that the work was finished and that he was on his way home. I relied on this text confirmations that the winterization had been completed and everything went well. When I returned to the home last month , I entered the home, I discovered there was no heat, no hot water, and no running water. , my cousin called a emergency # that comes out in the evenings . House had electricity.. no heat or hot water and I was informed by the technician it's not something they can do on this service call. It's serious damage . I called another company who would come to Nederland the next day for help to find out why there's no heat or water. Contractor arrived to inspect and diagnose the issue and determined that the winterization had been performed improperly. Pipes froze and burst throughout the home, and the boiler system was damaged and rendered inoperable . I showed them the detailed bill from Eric Weltse and they pointed out they the bill shows why everything happened . The contractor didn't do a full correct weatherization. Confirmed with the details in that bill. I trusted him to do the right thing It's nothing less than catastrophic damage and the house is not livable with no heat or hot water. I have now received professional repair estimates totaling $31,965, including extensive repiping, water heater replacement, and a boiler system replacement alone is approximately $15,000 This damage was not routine wear and tear. It has been identified as the result of improper winterization work. The scope and cost of the damage far exceed anything disclosed or reasonably anticipated. I have written communications (text messages) from Mr. Wiltse confirming travel to the property, performance of the winterization, and completion of the work. These communications are being preserved as evidence. Due to the extent of the damage and financial harm, I am in the process of filing a civil lawsuit in Colorado court within the next two weeks to recover damages related to this matter. I am sharing this experience publicly to warn others. Winterization in mountain conditions is critical, and improper work can cause catastrophic damage. Anyone considering this company should independently verify licensing, scope of work, and accountability before hiring. 12/15/2025 This is an itemized list a Licensed Contractor sent me what a legitimate Weatherization bill should look like . Not a bill that Eric Wiltse provided correct, itemized winterization invoice looks like (Boiler-heated, vacant mountain home) A legitimate winterization bill would separately itemize each system addressed. Boiler work is always listed as "Boiler" or "Hydronic Heating System" -- never buried under "appliances." Absolutely the worst contractor we've ever worked with…read more Hired to install LVP, and we fired them after seeing the terrible workmanship displayed installing the leveler. Failed to install the primer (that we already had purchased and had on hand,) poorly mixed the leveler, and best of all, didn't even get the floor level. Immediately there was cracking and leveler coming out in huge sheets. They refunded the cost of the leveler, but we had to hire another contractor for $5K to chip and hammer out the damage they did. They love to post pictures of the finished floor, but I can tell you that what is underneath is as poor quality as it gets. Notice how he never responds to the negative reviews, because he knows they are true. He blocks any negative review on Facebook. Google their BBB rating, I dare you. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Do NOT hire 360 Remodeling LLC or Mike - Worst contractor experience ever…read more I hired Mike from 360 Remodeling LLC to install LVP flooring after a friend recommended him, and it was a huge mistake. He cut all the planks inside the house using a saw, covering everything in thick dust. He didn't clean up any of it - we had to deep clean ourselves and are still finding dust everywhere. Several planks were installed cracked and broken, and he never fixed them. He brought his dogs at the job site and now I have his dog poop to clean in my back yard and the dog was also inside the house. He also broke the fireplace tile and argued that it wasn't his fault, even when I showed him proof. He still refused to replace it (I provided the tile myself)The flooring makes clicking sounds in multiple areas, and there are big gaps between the floor and the wall in some spots (I uploaded photos). Transitions are not installed properly(check photos). What should've taken 2 days took him 12 days, and I had already removed the carpet and prepped the floor myself. He would show up for a few hours at most, often late, and never communicated unless I chased him down. Sometimes he wouldn't show up at all. Because of excessive waste, I had to buy 10 more boxes of flooring, costing me nearly $1,000 extra. Choosing him for the lower price ended up being one of the most expensive and stressful decisions I've made. I've never had such a bad experience with any contractor. Avoid 360 Remodeling LLC and Mike at all costs.
