I was not home at the time, they waited for me to get there. As soon as I got there they got right to work fixing the noticeable issues with the door, rails, springs and cables. They were able to fix the issues with my door by putting some new parts that they had on my door. The two gentleman work into the evening nearing 6 pm fixing all the issues with the entire door.
