We needed a tow today (on a Sunday afternoon when every repair shop is closed up) as we were stranded in League City at a shell station for hours in the heat. These guys had great reviews and gave the lowest $$quote. It's a father and son team, which is so awesome. They came right away, loaded my baby (a Jeep Wrangler... y'all know how we are) with care, and waited at the gas station with us to be sure our Uber arrived so we weren't just stranded. Then, they towed my rig all the way to DFW knowing they would have to make the long drive back home through the late night. These guys were so nice. And they assured me they would keep my Jeep safe. And they did! They got it to my front door, all in one piece. We even passed them on the highway in our Uber and they waved to us. K&J is not your typical towing company. Father and son came out at the exact time (even a little early) that they promised, and both of these two gentlemen were very kind, polite, and helpful. Calling a towing company was a bit daunting to me, as the only towing services I had previously encountered were those that show up after an accident, and that's what I was preparing myself to encounter. Boy oh boy was I way off. These gentlemen provide a valuable service for their customers, and that's exactly how you will be treated: as a valued person and customer. Call them! Don't hesitate! They are the most polite towing team I've ever met!! They are most respectful to women and treat you like family! They helped me out of bind in a short period of time and did everything with moving and situating the vehicle as I preferred although there was limited space and it took longer they were still able to do it exactly as I wanted and they were determined to leave me satisfied and happy and they did unlike other drivers that just want to drop off and go to their next money making job. K&J Towing is a great business. Ken, the owner, was very responsive, and their pricing was the most competitive I could find in the area. My car was hit in a fender bender,- I had to leave it in a parking lot and return to work. Ken was finishing a job across town, and he drove to my office in 5:00pm Houston traffic to pick up my keys from me at my office. He towed my car where I needed it to go and brought the keys back to me. I give this business my highest recommendation. I wouldn't use another towing service besides K&J.
