We took our vehicle in with a diagnosis. They told us they would take it apart and call us the same day to see what the solution was. They never called us. We called the next day and they told us the same thing. On day 3, the same thing happened. Day 4 came around and we told them to stop giving us the run around and tell us if they've actually gotten around to look at the vehicle (Probably not). They told us they'd call within the hour. Surprisingly, they did and told us it was something completely unrelated to the initial diagnosis. Absolutely incompetent mechanics who had no idea what the issue was, I brought my car in to have the transmission looked at because I knew the issue was a flywheel that was damaged and they left it for 5 days without calling me back or updating me, I went to pick it up and they haven't done anything to it, they recommended spark plugs and new wires and a rear differential service which is not what I needed nor not what I asked for. I came and picked it up and the guy brought it back with the front lip damaged and apparently it "wasn't their fault" I would never recommend this place to anyone it's absolutely awful with people who don't know what they're doing. read more

Hugo, the owner was in hand to offer his expertise and got the car working on the spot, by jumping the battery. However, we agreed that it was best that he take a closer look at it to properly diagnose the issue. Brought in my 2015 mustang manual gt for an engine and transmission oil change. I had brought up all the Oils and filter needed all I needed done was a drain and for the oils to be put in. How much did this cost? $190!! Let me say this again, $190!! For just labor, nothing else!! You telling me it takes you 2 hours to do this simple task?
