My appointment was started in a timely manner, there were no long waits, and you felt like they had as much respect for your time as they expect you to have for theirs. The office practices are the reason for downgrading them by one star. On my first visit, I didn't care for the hard sell at check out. Dr. recommended warm compresses as part of my eye treatment. They offered a $20 eye mask for this purpose...um, how about a warm washcloth? It seems many doctors here in Venice have the same upselling thing going on so it must work. Just not with me. My second visit was in February, a big mistake with all the snowbirds and I waited for 2 hours. Other doctors manage this "season rush" much better. Really no excuse for this.
