Sometimes when I arrive I do have to wait in the reception room for an extra 20 minutes but once settled into an exam his full attention is on me. I have never felt that he is rushing the appointment and that I am the most important patient at that time. He has a marvelous sense of humor and always makes me laugh. My comment to both of them: why would we trust you to spend $6,000 plus on hearing aids if you scammed us on a dining promotion? Fool me once, shame on you.... Debbie has a box full of these "gift" cards in her side drawer so they have hundreds of them left.
