Most doctors you're waiting at least a half hour to 45 minutes. Dr. Jackson was very personable and interested in my health and gave me multiple options. The next thing is that if you have ever been to see Dr. Jackson you'll know this whole "he doesn't care" thing is not true. I went in a few weeks ago after my 3rd sinus infections in 3 months. My family doctor just kept giving me new antibiotics which would clear it up, but I wanted to figure out WHY they kept happening. Dr. Jackson spent a lot of time with me and, what really touched me, is that he didn't allow me to blow off my symptoms on being a new mom. He made sure I knew that just because I had a new baby didn't mean I should feel like garbage all the time. He ordered several tests and I'm now just waiting for my follow up appointment with him. Dr. Jackson came *highly* recommended by no less than a dozen local friends, who all adored him and spoke so highly of him. I have to say I agree with them. He's been wonderful so far, and his office is easy to get ahold of and schedule appointments, etc. I truly think these one-star reviews are fake.

Doctor Tiffany Whitehead and Doctor Jame Oberman are phenomenal. They knew exactly how to keep me calm during my procedures, talked me through everything that was happening, and continuously made sure I was comfortable and doing okay throughout the entire process. They were also incredibly patient and understanding while staying in contact regarding my FMLA and short-term disability paperwork, which meant so much during a stressful time. I had an accident and hit my head…read morea couple years ago and laid out all night in 27° weather and I ended up having major sinus problems when I went to see this establishment, I was set up an appointment with Mrs. Whitehead, and her diagnosis was that I grip my teeth. I suffer with major headache, headaches, ear aches, and major sinus issues. I sat there, totally disappointed in her diagnosis, and she questioned my silence, and I told her that I felt there was more to my problem. I had a deviated septum that I was struggling with, she then stated that the surgery would be expensive and she didn't think my insurance company would cover what I needed. Instead of letting me determine what I was capable of paying for. I have the best insurance you could possibly have. I have no out-of-pocket and they have covered everything in my life. you go onto Zocdoc in which this is where my appointment was made they give you only a day or two to give a review after you make an appointment and you haven't even seen the doctor. This is why the reviews look so good on that website, I feel that the reviews are exactly perfect on Yelp. She then scheduled me bloodwork. The bloodwork was 15 tests and none of them associated with the sinuses. Some of them were insulting.. I do not recommend going to this establishment and especially seeing Tiffany Whitehead. Obviously she is out for the money and that is it not to help people. Needless to say I am going elsewhere and am being treated better.

Went for a visit for a sore on my tongue hoping to get a biopsy. Had a biopsy a year ago Dr. Hart…read moreaggressively threw the paper on my lap. Asked what was going on I just had a biopsy a year ago. Looks in my mouth told me to wait until my blood test come back from my family physician he did not want to do a biopsy until those results come back. I asked what the ear pain was from he said not the tongue and told me to stop taking the anabiotic my doctor gave me because there was no infection she was wrong. I found out months later he wrote in my chart that I refused a biopsy which is not true this is the whole reason why I went there. After I left his office I scheduled a appointment in Baltimore. Because I was tired of dealing with the phonies in Frederick. I was diagnosed with cancer. If Dr. Hart just would've done his job and not push me away and lie in his charting.

It doesn't matter what your issue is they will try to tell you that balloon sinuplasty is the answer. Well it didn't cure my problem and it took me another 3 months to find a practice that did a simple and cheap 5 minute procedure that cured my hearing issue (Thank You -- Central ENT Consultants). Lastly, you better have great insurance if you deal with Breathe Free. My insurer paid them $13k for their 40 minute balloon sinuplasty procedure and on top of that they billed me an additional $13k. $26k for an outpatient 30-40 minute procedure?!? I won't even get into the fact that I waited in the operating chair for 90 minutes for the doctor to arrive and he seemed to ultra busy to fish with me so he RUSHED my procedure as quickly as humanely possible. Sometimes when I arrive I do have to wait in the reception room for an extra 20 minutes but once settled into an exam his full attention is on me. I have never felt that he is rushing the appointment and that I am the most important patient at that time. He has a marvelous sense of humor and always makes me laugh. The audiologists have always been great and its so convenient to have everything right there. Over the years the dynamics of the office itself has changed as the staff change but all have been very competent, helpful and kind.

The lady told me that she was just screaming me and it's gonna be a long time before I get back to one of the rooms cause it's very crowded.
