They Started with installing my steps and those turned out great. He Installed Block Steps with Granite on Top and beautifully cut veneer on the face. The efforts put in the steps showed and they followed all the rules and regulations. John and his team later installed a 784 Sq Feet Unilock Pavered Patio. They did the entire 9 yards. They did the digging using their own Bob cats and tools, leveling installing different materials such as sand, stone, polymeric sand. Precise and beautiful. He gave me a 2 year warranty and came with us to choose the material. He showed us all the invoices of the material he bought. The team was working on site everyday at 7.30 AM and left sharp at 5.30 PM. They even worked on Saturday. They cleaned up after themselves and even had lunches while doing the work. Just a great experience.

Their work is both exceptional and reasonably priced. We have J.Gudiel Landscaping cut and edge our grass, prune our bushes, lay down mulch in the spring, and do a fall clean-up. Our yard always looks neat and beautiful during the spring, summer and fall. Jose and his team are also available to help with other yard work. For instance they were able to fix several sections of our falling vinyl fence, and this is when we couldn't find a company to do the small job. Here are some of the reasons: - They never notify us when they are coming so if we do not take our lights down in our bushes, they end up destroyed as they say in their contract they are not responsible. We have had to replace several lights and also ripped furniture covers. I watch the crew just rush through the work without any regards to quality or our things and do not care if they destroy them. - They supposedly removed weeds, however we ended up with poisonous India Poke weed in our flower beds. - Our lawn had several yellow spots and despite reaching out to them about it I never heard back. - We do not do lawn mowing with them and they mowed our lawn with the Fall clean up and charged us for this without asking. It was not outlined in the contract that they would do a lawn mowing with fall clean up. Its unfortunate that this service has gone down hill. I liked working with them for years and had been happy with them in the past and hopefully this review will help them adjust their practices.
