They were careful not to damage the property, and cleaned up any messes resulting from the work. One of the "extras" they did for us was to uninstall and remove the wall-to-wall carpet on our stairway, which would have been messy and difficult for us to do. Their owner doesn't care about the safety of the towns he serves. I have tried to contact the owner for over two years and not once has he called me back when I've left my number. Today I spoke with Donna who answered the phone, and she said "call back when the owner is here" and hung up. When I called back to see when that was, she wouldn't talk, just put the phone down on the desk, I could hear a tv in the background. Is this the level of customer service you want? I can only imagine if you were calling with a complaint or concern. If their ownership doesn't care enough about public safety issues that he refuses to make a phone call, and knowingly allows his employees to break state safety laws that put you and your children at risk, I would definitely steer clear of this horrible company.
