Celina guided me through the process really well and I loved how thorough the questionnaire was. It asks for your purpose and how recent you had your lashes done etc. She did an amazing job and my lashes lasted so much longer than I expected! When I went for a return visit, she had pulled up my previous data and asked if I'd like the same style which I really liked the ease of pulling up my profile. The price isn't too bad. It's average and expected. It's nice if you have a points card and bonus if you pay cash.

Eyelash extensions are done in a room with about 5 or so beds with curtains in between. You can hear the conversations around you... Or the snoring from whoever had fallen asleep. Lol and yes I guarantee that you will fall asleep. All the technicians have been very gentle in the applications I've had. They had signs up that they will increasing their prices soon, not sure if that is in effect but I think for thr service that you get and the quality of the lashes its pretty much worth it. However with the great reviews I was reading on this place I wanted to check it out. Can I just say you definitely need to be patient when going to this location. The parking lot is crazy small.. I was lucky enough to wait a few minutes and get a spot! I walked in (with a thought of being turned down because they were busy *side note yes I had a back up plan) and asked for a refill. The manager just kinda looked at me and then looked through his books and I was fortunate enough, he said I could have a seat (reluctantly). The establishment is small , to me everything just seems really cramped in one. There were a lot of client service staff to accommodate every seat in that place which was really good. I had a woman (she was blonde) and didn't introduce herself. However the work she did with my nails was beautiful. she was extremely precise which I thoroughly enjoy. I chose the colour that she was wearing because I couldn't spot it out in the selection. Bio-Gel Refill - $40 cash ($45 if you use card) Mr. Manager asked me if it was my first time and i replied yes, he then informed me to next time make an appointment because they are an appointment only nail salon. Which is fine if I lived near here and this was my nail salon. However I have a nail salon but I just did not want to head up then back down for what I needed to do.
