I was on hold for a total of 20 minutes after calling several times to wait and be hung up on until I finally got ahold of someone in the front who had to walk to the back and tell them to answer the phone, to be told it would be atleast an hour and a half for a single prescription. (They'll be closed in an hour and a half btw). This pharmacy has gone to shit with the new pharmacy manager and it has become a LITERAL joke among doctors' offices and other pharmacies, who make fun of how awful they are. Do better Walgreens, care about your patients.

There have been…read moremistakes on my prescription orders from C.J.'s and Tawnia always refuses to take responsibility and blames me, despite evidence to the contrary. She seems to have an ego the size of Texas and her nose is so high up in the air, I bet Air Traffic Control advises pilots to increase their altitude when flying over Portales. When I was given a medication with my name on it but the wrong dosage and under another doctor's name on 6/29/2020, I knew there was a mistake. I returned the medication for a refund the next day and it pissed her off. I think she missed her class on customer service. She told me, "From now on, you're going to have to call us and authorize medication refills every time you need them!". I said, "I requested it be that way ever since I've been doing business with you, so that's no problem". I told her, "I always call in my order". Then she said, "Well, you're going to have to call us even when a doctor calls in a new medication for you!" She has to get the last word! How immature of her! Her haughtiness was so unnecessary and that seems to be her usual attitude. I decided to take my business to Village Pharmacy in Portales, NM. The owner and his wife are much nicer and more accommodating and the pharmacy is cleaner, neater, more modern and offers more services. If I had to, I'd go out of town for my medications before I'd deal with C.J.'s Pharmacy!

The lot was fairly packed and per usual fashion pedestrians were were training for the next casting call for a zombie movie by walking as slowly as they possibly could and down the middle of aisles. Lol. Inside, it didn't feel quite like a discount store - especially in the clothes sections. When we walked in, we saw beautiful large pumpkins on sale for $3.97. Wow! Every section we walked through was organized. Clean. And the staff members were nice and helpful. This is not normal behavior in my hometown Walmart! Kudos, Clovis!

They have always gone out of there way to make me feel welcomed. The pharmacy techs are wonderful & always return my calls in a timely matter. I changed jobs and unfortunatly had to change my pharmacy, well that lasted for about 2 mths. I am going back to Dimmitt Pharmacy even though it is way out of my way. I also want togive Mary Ann Carrasco, who has worked for Dimmitt Pharmacy for years, a big applaud she is wonderful and a great asset to this Pharmacy.
