So of course it is Thanksgiving weekend. And water at the faucet is only trickling through. Sent an email for an appt. And Ken, the owner, actually emailed me a response that Sunday night! Ken called me the next morning as he said he would and went over the possibilities with patience and kindness. His crew was out the next morning. I appreciated how they explained things, showed the pressure test results for each section as they determined what was wrong, and offer choices. Joe and Mike were excellent, friendly and knew their skill. In the end, I had water by the afternoon. Pump went out and the bladder on the pressure tank went too from rapid cycling due to a hole in the pipe. I highly recommend this long time family owned business with excellent service. K & K installed a new well pump at our residence in December 2018. Last night our water just cut off like a switch. Techs arrived this morning and spent the day in -5 degree weather disassembling the entire shaft to service a faulty ground on the new pump. No charge. Absolutely wonderful the way this family founded business stands behind their work. I would HIGHLY recommend K & K for any well work. K&K saved my business. Not even joking. A couple years ago, the only water well at my workplace (a well that was more than 60 years old, and can't be matched by a newer well) had a major contamination leak, and it shut us down for business. K&K worked diligently with us to find an affordable, creative solution that satisfied the health departments concerns, and got us back up and running! Our well produces what we need and has been contaminant-free for more than 2 years. We use them personally for our well at home after out great experience working with Ken and the crew at K&K. Great company to work with. We needed our well casing to be taller which required welding a new steel casing to our existing casing and putting on a new sealing cap as well as sanitizing our well. Ken was prompt with his estimate, the office staff is very friendly and helpful and the guys who came to do the work were also friendly, polite and did a great job. The guys who did the work were also very helpful and answered all of our questions about the sanitization process. read more

Outstanding Service So, you don't think much about your well, until it doesn't work and then you think about it A LOT. A neighbor recommended K&K Well Drilling to me and my experience was absolutely outstanding. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From my first phone call, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. She patched me over to the company's owner, Ken K, who could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. The team who came to my house, Joe and Mike, were professional, personable and willing to educate me about what I didn't know about wells (basically I knew nothing). They gave me advance notice of when they would be here, arrived on time, did the work in a efficient manner - cleaned up and were concerned about keeping my property neat - and were friendly guys. They checked their work thoroughly before leaving my home and assured me that if there were any problems, I could reach out. Rarely have I received such good customer service. K & K drilled our well back in 1973 (when my parents built the home) and it's run like a champ for the past 43 years. Our pump quit this past weekend and they promptly came out (same day), inspected a couple things before determining it was the pump and then replaced it and got us back on water within 2 hours. The pump, which was 27 yrs old, was most likely the problem but I appreciated that they didn't just assume it was the pump - they take the conservative approach in determining the problem. i had a leak in my well and called k&k. i would recommend them to anyone. the only thing that could improve is getting back with their customers sooner but they certainly made up for that with all the problems they had with rocks underground. they were very professional and i was very pleased with the work they did. read more
