Called Hank's Plumbing on Sunday expected the voicemail but got a person. Couldn't get a guy out until Tuesday at noon. He did some troubleshooting in the house and outside. Asked if it was okay to dig before he got the shovel. Didn't want to mess up my grass. Called for help. The 3 men dug up the about 20 feet across. Ran compressed air through to find the leak. I kept adding up the hours and manpower but it was much less than expected for digging up the yard. I highly recommend.

The service team was actually a couple of hours earlier than expected which was wonderful. They did call 30 min before arriving to make sure it was ok which I appreciated. The problem with the leaky sink was identified quickly and the team explained the work necessary to repair it. They also pointed out a cheap fix for a minor problem with the end of the faucet that I hadn't even noticed and I was grateful for that. They emailed me a link to the invoice detailing out the work completed. Using my credit card did incur a small additional fee, but I'm seeing a lot more of that lately and I understand the need to pass these small costs on to customers for the convenience. I didn't have any checks with me so I didn't have a choice about the method of payment. First time using them but it won't be the last! Highly recommend.
