This situation was stressful, but I do think the follow-up and resolution were handled more professionally than the initial visit. I recently had a tree uproot and fall at my home and when it fell, it pulled the gas meter back and…read morebent the pipe going to it. I called this company because the gas company had to tag the meter when they cut the gas off because an air test by a certified plumber would have to be done before they could cut it back on. So, they went out, replace the pipe at the meter to stand it back up and ran the test, which immediately failed. The test didn't run no time before it failed because there were a couple of leaks. Well, now they are afraid to replace the parts because they said the pipes are old and the don't want to try to replace the parts and break pipes because they don't go under houses. The reason I was told they don't go under houses is because "they are big people, they aren't skinny". So, now I owe them money and it's not even fixed, so I have to find another plumber that can finish it. Within minutes this company called me back to make sure I got his invoice to my email. This is very frustrating. And I hate to leave this review because I know some of this family (it's a family owned business), but I just want people to be aware ahead of time that they don't do work under houses, so no reason for them to start the job if they can't finish it.
