The part they said they ordered, never was shipped. They would not respond to me. I was referred to Quick & Kind Appliance Repair and called them. I was told they could source 5 of the part. I scheduled the repair and diagnostic was on Nov17,25 and the morning of Nov19th, the repair was done. It was like Christmas came early. They were the most efficient and friendly repair company I have ever dealt with. I would also like to add the price was so much more reasonable. I am still fighting Sears for a refund. Quick & Kind has restored my faith. I definitely recommend them for all your appliance repairs. Appreciate their honest.

They also gave the guest book and DVD copy to this same person instead of giving it to his own children. It was an absolute nightmare to deal with and we will never be able to have another service for our father. To be excluded and ignored in the planning of your own father's funeral is a pain I wouldn't wish on anyone. Not what we wanted. Not what we paid for. They also had no explanation for any of this. No respect for the families wishes. They didn't even bring in my father's ashes to the service and left them in their van and were attempting to give them to the same unauthorized individual that they allowed to make unapproved changes to the service until we intervened. Horrible experience!!
