They have 6 flavors of Icee's and hot coffee. There are gas's pumps and it's easy to get in and out. Staff was super nice, I didn't get her name (the young lady with glasses who was working at noon on Saturday 3/28) at the counter was polite and smiling and was able to chit chat with me while checking me out which honestly was great, because long drives can be isolating and a friendly smile and chit chat while paying honestly left me feeling revived and smiling. There was a guy also working but he was just standing there and when we went to the checkout he didn't say anything just stood back. That's when the girl said she could help us checkout and she was great. The guy was talking with another person loudly when we walked in but went radio silent when we went to his side of the counter. The girl was amazing, the guy could definitely learn a few things about customer service from her. If the owner or manger see's this give that girl a raise, she made me get back on the road with a smile and employees like that are rare. I will definitely be stoping by again on my way back to Austin to gas up and grab a snack.

The owner is an awesome guy, although I do feel sorry for him growing up in Detroit as a Lions Fan, =), but we had a great conversation on the current state of Football. Anyway, back to my visit. A co-worker and I had been out seeing customers in the oilfield and we were hungry. I had an idea. I remembered that Chappell Hill had a dining area. I'd never ate there so a slight detour and we rolled in. I went with my go-to, cheese burger and onion rings. My co- worker went with the baked tater stuffed with chopped beef. The burger was great. Nice greasy style with all the juices flowing and melting cheese. Oh so good. And the onion rings - completely home made. Some of the best I've ever had. Just between you and me, I finished them first so if I got full, those were gone. My co-worker inhaled the tater and he said it was awesome. He licked the plate - with his finger - left nothing. Can't wait for the next trip. They have breakfast. This should be a bucket list place.

We are Hispanic and it was assumed we ordered our meal in Spanish and and older woman gave us an attitude when delivering our food trying to figure out who's burger was what and said "well I can't read Spanish"....me with a shocked reaction because what the hell that came out of no where....and I said "well it was ordered in English".......and she was so "flustered" she walked away. What an idiot to be honest. And mostly Hispanic were working there, I can't imagine how she talks to them or feels about them if she spoke like that to customers! Paying customers!!!! definitely will NOT be going back and not recommending this place. I lost my appetite and didn't want to buy anything else. Why would I want to give my hard earned money to a place like that after how we were treated. The other staff was super nice and helpful and the food was OKAY but that older NON HISPANIC woman ...she honestly needs a reality check.
