The cashier said it was their busiest time. We lucked into finding a table to enjoy our food. It is like a busy deli in NYC. The Reuben was fantastic. My wife got the cheesesteak. They grill the meat and make the sandwiches right in front of you so they are hot and fresh. My wife's cheesesteak was ok. Seemed kind of dry and didn't have any peppers and not too many onions. Maybe that's the NYC way and not Philly. Anyway I love the place. We will definitely be back to try their bagels and other sandwiches. Oh yeah. I also got a Dublin soda. A traditional club is a triple decker sandwich with meat (usually just turkey but sometimes turkey and ham) with bacon and cut into quarters. The "club" sandwich they serve is three meats, no bacon and not a triple decker sandwich so I am not sure why they call it a Club sandwich. It was tasty, but I ordered because I thought it would be a traditional club sandwich. In all fairness, it does not say bacon on the menu. Again, fresh sandwiches and I highly recommend. They are known for their kolaches and pastries. They also have an assortment of goods including clothing, beverages, deli and a whole host of snacks. If you drink Diet Coke (most popular diet drink in USA), then you don't want diet pepsi, but you'll probably drink it if you have to; however, you're very likely to hate pepsi zero (and Coke Zero, too), so no soda for you here anymore! A full Coke setup that also includes Dr Pepper AND Diet Dr Pepper is ideal. I realize a pepsi fountain is more profitable because of distributor incentives, but pepsi is favored by almost nobody and hated by many...so is it really worth it? Tony's is so great that pepsi just does not fit in. Hopefully they don't deteriorate further and change to Wonderbread for all of their sandwiches. Bottom line: at the very least, please add diet pepsi to your soda machine if that brand remains in place.
