The carpet installers, Willie and his colleague, showed up on time and did an amazingly fast and highly professional job of removing the old carpet and installing the new carpet. From start to finish, they were here less than four hours and the space was nearly 500 ft.² with closets. I was very pleased with the end result. As impressed as I am by the workmanship (at a great price), I was especially impressed by their attitude. The men who pressure washed, caulked, painted, and did trimwork on my house always went above and beyond with a smile and the utmost courtesy. There were little details like, "We noticed some rust on the door here, so I treated it; that should take care of it," and "Your wood door downstairs was taking some sun-damage so I put a coat of polyurethane on it to protect it. You should consider doing that annually." They didn't nickel-and-dime me for any of it, but treated me and my home with respect. That's something you just don't see on an invoice. And on the final day of the job, when I thanked Joey for his attention to detail, he said, "Well, I just try to paint every home as I'd want my own home painted." That's exactly what I wanted to hear - and what I saw.

Ember contacted us with multiple style options, and had someone come out to measure our counters while we continued to decide on the granite. I was able to text Ember directly with my questions, and she always got back to me very quickly. I must have received 20 different options from Ember, always keeping my style in mind. Within a couple of weeks after we landed on the granite design we wanted ("colonial white"), and it was cut and then installed in 1 day. To make things even easier, our under-mounted sink came from Spartan so it could be installed all at the same time. Our new counter tops are absolutely gorgeous!! Thank you to Fernando and his team for doing such a beautiful job - we are so happy with our new kitchen!!

I am sorely disappointed in the service with this company. We were doing a new build and they…read morehurried out to do the template once the counters were installed... they had to return to do the small counter in the utility room. We had to wait several weeks afterward for them to return to do the install- Ember said they had 3 kitchens ahead of us (they had picked up some work in Port St Joe after the hurricane). After the install, counters were not level, they had shimmed up the cabinets because they said they were not level (these were brand new custom made cabinets and were pretty level) and that completely through all of the cabinet doors off. There was also not enough room for the stove so that also required shaving down the stone some. So, after Embers very poor and very unprofessional attitude towards my builder, they did come back and fixed those issues and they had to return to cut a hole. The stone itself that we had purchased from an independent stone company was very nice but the install was what I'd call average. The unfortunate event that I occurred was the fact the faucets were not there and I had left all of the faucet info there for them but do not think they looked at it. Now that the faucet is here, we need a couple more holes drilled and they refuse to come back out. They are finished with us and I'm assuming their 3 year warranty (bogus?) as well. As I told Ember, the lack of professionalism here is beyond reproach and they are not standing behind their customers. Unfortunately, some things happen beyond our control that we cannot help and she acts as though this is all of our fault. So... suffice it to say, we are absolutely not happy with Spartan and I do NOT recommend them in any way!! Do not let these stone fabricators handle your install!
