So the delivery man came back out and got the back of that side in the track. Then the tops of the 2 sides were not level and had a gap in between them. So the delivery man came back out and put the back of the second side in the track. I can not sit in it since there is no lumbar support. That is the reason I wanted to return it. It looks very nice sitting in my living room, but is an expensive lesson learned! I told the delivery man that I would not have bought it if I'd know that the store had a no return policy!

I came here at the advice of a friend and it was outstanding. Kim assisted me and within thirty minutes, I was walking out with a new mattress. There was NO pressure in buying or making a decision and I got to try several different mattresses. Fast forward two hours. My friend wanted a new mattress so we went up there. He purchased the same mattress I did! While there, I ended up buying a new dresser and two pillows. I spoke to the owner, Phil, for nearly an hour. I will be a repeat customer and will recommend anyone to this place. It's hard to find decent prices with great customer service and you get both here.
