He used the medium length to still have some of the old balayage and guide for making a great money shot that framed my face nicely. The experience was amazing. He was friendly, we talked about travel and places to eat/drink around the area. He gave me water bottle when I asked and he even lent me a charger for my phone. He is very skilled and tries to achieve what you want. The price was perfect! I wish I can come but I'm not from around here. If not I would do my follow up with him.

She had just finished with a client earlier than expected and somehow made room for me without hesitation. I didn't ask for anything complicated--just a cut and style--but what I got was more than a haircut. The salon itself is clean, modern, and airy--comfortable in a way that puts you at ease without trying too hard. But it was Lauren's presence that made the real difference. From the start, she was warm and easy to talk to, and she genuinely welcomed my questions about her life, her business, and her travels. Our conversation was effortless, and being able to shift my focus onto someone so kind and grounded was exactly the kind of happy distraction I didn't know I needed. There were a few people who came in while I was there, hoping for walk-ins, and Lauren treated every one of them with kindness--even while making it clear, without words, that she was fully present with me. She held eye contact, stayed grounded, and somehow made me feel seen the whole time. To be honest, I had a pretty bad haircut experiences a few months prior, and I came in that morning carrying a lot of anxiety. But Lauren's calm, down-to-earth vibe put me at ease in a way I didn't expect. She didn't overdo it--she was just authentically herself. That alone made a huge impact. And yes--my hair looked amazing. I only wish I had asked for styling tips so I could recreate the magic at home. When I left, I felt like a different version of myself--lighter, calmer, more myself. Lauren even recommended a nearby spot where I could work remotely, and her suggestion was perfect. Every piece of that day unfolded better because of her. I live in New Orleans, but I'm genuinely considering making the hour drive just to have Lauren cut my hair again (next time, with an appointment). Blush Nails representing in Rome, Italy. I went back yesterday once I returned from my vacation. Anthony did a great job again. He made sure the gel color, length and shape were all good. I also had a gel pedicure. The young lady was so sweet and did a great job. I didn't get her name. I made an appointment and Anthony was ready to do my nails as soon as I walked in. Sometimes I've made appointments at other nail salons and have had to wait a long time with an appointment. I highly recommend Blush Nails!

Made nine of my 10 nails bleed, when filing down the acrylic She made three nails of my 10 bleed so bad that they were actually dripping in blood, continuously went to the back every 20 to 30 minutes for an unsure reason (to take a shot or do drugs?). Nails are right now attached to my skin, completely uneven and deformed not filed underneath and I can feel my heart beating in them and most of them in pain. Two nails are filed down so much that you can see the curve of the placement of the fake nail put on top. Slurred speech and talking very loudly as well as stumbling and talking about celebrities that she knew by heart that helicoptered into the salon, and that's she's best friends with cardi b , jay z, etc. and talked made up non sense the whole visit. Pushed back my cuticles with her own nail, and I winced in pain or said ouch at least 40 times throughout the visit and I continuously mentioned to please be careful and she continued to prick my skin. Overall, really bad experience and I am in so much pain right now and I can't believe I even had to pay. At the end of visit she was super apologetic however throughout she blamed the tools. She kept saying we're cool right we're cool right I'm so sorry and only gave me $10 off for all of that which I didn't even bring up. Meaning she knew her service was absolutely horrible. Never again, but I didn't wanna let you know. She was extremely intoxicated also mentioning drugs and alcohol multiple times and playing loud rap music throughout.

I have been going to the same person for over 30 years for my perms and hair cuts. (I had tried…read morepeople along the way only to be very disappointed and miserable with the results) She has always been amazing and my perms, which I was getting every 9-12 months, were always very natural and perfectly done. Because my hair is very long my perm had to be rolled in a piggy back perm which is very time consuming and labor intensive. Unfortunately because of that, I was faced with having to find someone else or forgo getting my hair permed. It had already been 14 months since my last perm and I was miserable with my naturally straight hair which I had not really seen for 30 years. I was very nervous and had done a lot of research about options in the area when I finally called Antonian Salon. The person who answered the phone was very patient with me and listened to my concerns. She offered for me to come in and actually meet with someone to discuss my needs and even told me she would make the appt with the owner which was very reassuring. My consultation was two weeks later due to my schedule and I arrived to be welcomed in by Ann Marie. She sat me in her chair and talked about her experience with perms and assured me she had done piggy back perms and not only would be willing to do mine but actually said "I would love to be able to do your perm" which was very reassuring. She gave me a firm price to make sure I was comfortable moving forward and even made sure I was aware of the time requirement which was actually at least 3 or more hours less than I had been spending with my prior stylist in the most recent years. She even talked about the process in which she liked to complete the job rather than blowing it out to leave it wet so that the perm could continue to work which was different than in the past and really sounded like a good change to me. We made the appt which again was a couple of weeks away due to my schedule. The day of my perm again I was welcomed warmly upon arriving with all of the concerns of going to someone new, however Ann Marie was just saying goodbye to a client who talked about how AM had been excited to be able to do my perm and even her excitement for me was palpable. After sitting me in the chair the original plan was to cut my hair to make sure there were no split ends, however she reassured me since I had just had a hair cut and I really wanted the length she agreed that we should wait a month or more till after the perm because of the excellent condition of my hair, which again was just what I was hoping to hear and was so reassuring that she was not going to do something unnecessary to make more money. The process started promptly ( which was not always the case for me in the past with my prior stylist) and was completed in record time with all of the professionalism I could ask for. She reassured me any time I was worried about the process which of course could be different depending on the person doing it, which I was just worried about the results in the end. She often make sure I was not uncomfortable and to tell you the truth their equipment in this Salon is so comfortable I have never enjoyed my perm this much. On my way home my husband was shocked when I called him to tell him I was done. In the past "PERM DAY" was something I often dreaded however I am not sure I will ever feel that way again. I was happy from the beginning but of course the true moment is after the first wash which I just had 3 days ago. I am beyond happy. My husband even said he feels like it is the best perm I have ever had and it is so natural and feels so amazing. I really want to share my experience with anyone looking for a place to call home when it comes to your hair ... this is the place and I would recommend it to anyone.
