We were there 20 minutes early so waited as my ride had dropped us off. Finally at 3:20 my dog and I left with the grooming not done. No one ever came! No phone calls no nothing! I have taken my dog to them for 6 years and this is the second time this has happened. My dog Is old and doesn't ride well, we live almost an hour away! And honestly, it is a fight sometimes to get her there!So, to get there and no one is in the open business or no notification of any kind is very frustrating!
