She didn't even know which side to finish I told her but she didn't understand..she walked away and the other one returned to ask me what happened...ok..long story short with all of that my husband's massage ended at 4:15 and mine abruptly ended at 4:20..I didn't get my full hour which I paid for with all the interruptions. The place does not have a good smell and frequently the staff talks among themselves or hand the phone to each other while you were being massaged. I swear that he has NEVER had a massage in his life and he doesn't speak a word of English. I generally like a firm pressure massage. However this guy was trying to crush me. He spent the first 10 minutes pressing down on the sides of my spine like he was trying to crack my back and then with all his weight pressed down for 15 seconds or so. I couldn't breathe and told him more than once it was too much pressure. He then moved on and was massaging my back and kept pinching me - I yelled OUCH several times. I never sat through a massage thinking - when will this be over- should I stop???? I just kept hoping that it would get better. He did an OK job with the hot stones but honestly I could do without that part generally - its hot and it is just rubbing against my skin.... but hey - it didn't hurt. Oh he kept burping the whole time too... (I think he was fighting back a cough - yuck) when he finished my back or legs he was punching me - not patting me - punching... I had to wave him off several times.... Finally when I rolled over he was doing an OK job on my face and then proceeded to violate my ears.... Just kept jamming his finger in I yelled STOP..... I have been to all levels of massage places from foot spas to high end spas. The week before they honored my friends free visit! Poor start bad customer relations Very unfair honored card week before. Poor judgement.
