That said, I cannot say I'm fully satisfied with what was advertised as a move-in/move-out deep clean. Upon closer inspection - and once I began doing additional cleaning myself - I noticed several areas that were not thoroughly addressed. The bathroom floors were still quite dirty, most (if not all) of the window sills remained dirty and dusty, and there was visible dust in various parts of the home. Overall, the service felt more like a basic prep cleaning rather than a true deep clean. It made the home presentable, but not fully move-in ready as the description would suggest.

    For the majority of the work that had been done over the last few months, I feel that it is all on…read morethe crew and leaders of the crew sent to clean our home. My biggest discrepancy was over having a "paper-trail" for tax reasons, since we were operating a home-based business - Tina had the hardest time accepting "Quickpay" and did not accept credit cards at all - insisted on cash. So in the end, everyone agreed on Chase BillPay - a draft was sent to her for payment directly to her place of residence. Moving on, Ms Kathy and her crew were the very best - Kathy, Silvia + 1 = everything in its place. You can tell Kathy truly cares and is purposeful in what she does to keep house. This in itself made the stars in this review possible! On the other hand, we've also been sent crews that are less than satisfactory. In saying this, (when dealing with crews that clean without Kathy involved), I mean that attention to detail is missed. Vanity/Powder Rooms are consistently missed, dusting surfaces including the tops of the refrigerator, lack of bed-making in the children's rooms, emptying the kitchen trash, dishes are standard in every housekeeper we've ever hired and they have blatantly been abandoned more times than what can be considered "fair" - every member seems to be extra "tired" and "un-alert" when they show up. The kitchen cabinets are not touched up on a consistent basis & bathroom floors need just as much attention as the showers. In the beginning, charging $65/week for weekly services was good, but then complacency set in and crews were swapped, and days of the week began to be moved around as also with the time allotted for cleaning our very average sized interior (1300+ sq ft)... We even agreed to putting away the children's toys to expedite the cleaning process. But after re-negotiations, we settled on $115 on a bi-weekly basis - but in my heart, I truly was not satisfied with this agreement and it never sat well that things weren't addressed and resolutions weren't in place - instead we did get "Excuses" and "Empty-Promises" as we felt pushed to the wayside of significant priorities. And furthermore, this was expressed by Tina that her clientele of the last decade had her utmost focus on when and where her crews needed to be... An understandable excuse, but nevertheless, communications broke down as weeks went by with unsatisfactory work and negligence of crews leaving garbage in their receptacles and beds made sloppily - all without the supervision of Ms Kathy. This describes the initial few months as we were here at a brand new location - having just moved from the South Orange County Coastal Region that we had to pay on a monthly basis @$65/week (sending Tina Devine Checks from Chase BillPay at a rate of ($260) per every four weeks. Unfavorably, during this time, text msgs were exchanged and phone calls to ask for money within only a couple days after the work that was found wanting was less than completed. But once again, crews and days were inconsistent & billing was always an issue. If I went beyond 2 weeks, My wife and I were harassed beyond measure (multiple text & phone calls) going back and forth attempting every two weeks to set a consistent schedule and time to show up for her crews. We were a sweet source of referrals as we had our friends try her Devine-Scrubs cleaning services. Our friend Jessica and and good neighbor Jimmy thought their initial services were great - but that's the thing - if hired over a long term period, beware of I consistency in details and discounts and services rendered being taken back. I believe that her business does need improvement in this simple methodology- "Nobody cares how much you know, unless they know how much you care." Good luck wishing for better service if you aren't assigned Kathy and her crew and if you're looking for long term services - I think you better shop around. We've referred others including some of our Property Director and Managers of our master planned community here at the Enclave - all people of high prestige, of course. Sadly, each of our households have decided upon these inconsistencies that the chances have run out on making the necessary changes and re-training to keep our business. Thank you Tina Devine, as we keep it business & please refrain in the future from destroying your business relationships by spouting out references such as "Have a Nice Life!" & your demands for petty cash, rather than creating the values in relationships through customer service and keep it professional, please. Team will do the following; regular 4 bedrooms 4.5 bath Kitchen 1-Living area Laundry Deep clean $650 regular $380 Friday came and nobody showed up. I called and she said I was booked for Saturday 11:15. Fine. Then she changed it to 1:20-2pm a few hours later. Fine. Saturday morning I get a text they will be there at 9:30am (it's 9:12am). I said fine even though I wasn't ready. And nothing. texted and she said oh, 12-1pm now. She didn't understand that I said "it's fine. He can come now" meant he could come at 9:30. They finally arrive at 2:15pm. I requested to use my own products previously and they were pulling out all the cleaners. I reminded them and they said ok. I showed them the 3 1/2 baths. (Master bath wasn't bad, nor the second bath, the 3rd bath was pretty rough and the 1/2 bath was a 10 min job if that) and the bedrooms. I was in the middle of washing and changing sheets so bedding was on the floor. Because you know, waiting around I had to get stuff done. One bath I didn't even want them to do because my son was sleeping. Then Anna texted me that they can't use my products and needs to use theirs. I said no as my son has cancer and that is very toxic and affects his lungs. Then she says I need a deep cleaning for $650 for ONLY the bathrooms. Then lowers to $390 with no kitchen. At this point I'm pretty agitated and I decline. The cleaners leave and then she texts she will do $390 for bathrooms and kitchen. Last change before they leave. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable for me and the cleaners.
