The cleaning service was okay - nothing exceptional, but it made the home feel usable. My wife and I felt comfortable walking through the house and using the facilities, and it was clear that some care had been put into preparing the space. That said, I cannot say I'm fully satisfied with what was advertised as a move-in/move-out deep clean. Upon closer inspection - and once I began doing additional cleaning myself - I noticed several areas that were not thoroughly addressed. The bathroom floors were still quite dirty, most (if not all) of the window sills remained dirty and dusty, and there was visible dust in various parts of the home. I scheduled an appointment at a particular time in the morning. They showed up an hour early. (We were not ready for them) I asked for English speaking people and was unable to communicate with 2 of the 3 people sent. They "washed" my stone floors with a spray bottle and rubbed a mop over them just moving the dirt around on the floor. There were other issues but this is enough to say no thank you to a second visit. read more

My aunt uses a different home cleaning service for my elderly grandparents, and the comparison of attention to detail was striking. I was amazed at how well the team did at getting around all the nooks and crannies from the ceiling fans, to the tile grout, down to the baseboards. I even felt that this was a better offer, as the work was done in a timely fashion, and for a slightly cheaper price than the other company. The cleaning lady was great, but seems she felt rushed. We ordered a whole house cleaning with add-on to make sure walls, windows, shutters were included ($100 extra). She was there for 3 hours for a 3 bedroom 1500 sq ft house. I've had the same service take longer or have 2 people over 3 hours. More-so annoyed that the poor gal didnt speak english so there was literally no communication possible about what we did or didnt need done, and she didnt seem to know that she was supposed to do windows and extra. I think the company is the issue on this. House was cleaned well, so I give it a 3 star but not happy with the company. read more

I reached out to find a cleaning service for my aging parents and was so glad I came across this company! My mom is very picky when it comes to cleaning. She had Lorena for hee first visit and told me that she was impressed with her cleaning! Great service and we are requesting her again to return to the house. I have to agree though that the reason this isn't 5 stars is the charge per room even if you only want one room cleaned. Not sure if requesting SA estimate would be better vs the $5 off for each room not cleaned. Needs a better system to estimate amount of service needed. Typically don't leave negative reviews, but wanted to share our experience. We called for a deep clean because we had a kitchen renovation done and there was a lot of dust throughout the house. We explained this when we made the appointment and that the house is furnished and my wife would be home and dog would be in the crate. Lady on the phone confirmed ok a construction deep clean and we agreed on price. Once booked, a day or two later we received a text confirming appointment with instructions stating the house will have to be empty.. we responded immediately that is not what we discussed, they apologized for the misunderstanding and confirmed everything was good. The day they were supposed to arrive at 2pm, at about 2:40pm we called asking where they were. The lady said sorry and would call or text me back on status. Never received the call or text back but they did show up about 5 mins later. However the individuals that showed up were not the names listed on the confirmation text we got. They started cleaning, and did a superficial clean my pregnant wife had to quality control for 40 minutes on basic items that weren't addressed like dust on the back of a computer chair, dust on fans, corners of windows/glass. We literally removed all items from the floor besides for simple items like a backpack, or trash can, laundry bag with wheels, etc. They literally will not move anything out of way to clean. Not timely, poor communication, and poor service for a construction deep clean the typical cleaners we use would have done better at a much more affordable price. If I could give them a negative star I would. First they gave me the run around with the maids eta then turns out they had a family emergency and they can't make it out. I find this out by the owner or whoever called me. Not even five minutes pass and they are at my door I'm thinking okay... I let them in my house is over 3,200 square feet they showed up at 4:30-5pm I'm thinking I'm be here until ten pm at night. It's fine as long as my house gets cleaned bc I want to move in. We paid for "deep clean" what a joke they didn't even bother to wipe my cabinets doors down anywhere as well as the inside completely the same as before. Under my kitchen sink it wasn't even wiped down. My stove and sink were wiped down but with a steel sponge that left scratches everywhere. Keep in mind these can't be taken out so now I'm out a stove top bc it's all scratched up. My restrooms the mirrors were wiped as if the lights were kept off and they didn't check their work. I'm very disappointed being that I paid for a deep clean and grout clean. But what does the maid say about the title floor oh it's really dirty there stuff stuck on it... yes I know which is why I paid for title and grout cleaning... and another thing I wanna add is these "maid" should be provided with proper attire not showing up in a tank top and shorts with flip flops what is that? If you're thinking about going with this company don't. Save your money and just do it yourself bc that's what ended up happening. I asked if they could focus on the windows in the shower, the blinds, the floors, and clean and organize shelves. Well, they did a great job, actually exceeded my expectations, i've come to anticipate a splendid job, and Martha and her team mate did an absolutely amazing job.
