I called on Tuesday to see if they could clean my home on Friday. she said yes. quoted me pricing and I went with the basic cleaning. Team will do the following; regular 4 bedrooms 4.5 bath Kitchen 1-Living area Laundry Deep clean $650 regular $380 Friday came and nobody showed up. I called and she said I was booked for Saturday 11:15. Fine. Then she changed it to 1:20-2pm a few hours later. Fine. Saturday morning I get a text they will be there at 9:30am (it's 9:12am). I said fine even though I wasn't ready. And nothing. texted and she said oh, 12-1pm now. She didn't understand that I said "it's fine. He can come now" meant he could come at 9:30. They finally arrive at 2:15pm. I requested to use my own products previously and they were pulling out all the cleaners. I reminded them and they said ok. I showed them the 3 1/2 baths. (Master bath wasn't bad, nor the second bath, the 3rd bath was pretty rough and the 1/2 bath was a 10 min job if that) and the bedrooms. I was in the middle of washing and changing sheets so bedding was on the floor. Because you know, waiting around I had to get stuff done. One bath I didn't even want them to do because my son was sleeping. Then Anna texted me that they can't use my products and needs to use theirs. I said no as my son has cancer and that is very toxic and affects his lungs. Then she says I need a deep cleaning for $650 for ONLY the bathrooms. Then lowers to $390 with no kitchen. At this point I'm pretty agitated and I decline. The cleaners leave and then she texts she will do $390 for bathrooms and kitchen. Last change before they leave. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable for me and the cleaners. read more

I'd give 10 stars if I could. They were set to arrive between 8:30-9:30am but were running about 10 minutes late. They text and let me know which I think is super considerate. I was getting my house cleaned on a regular bases but really just wanted a good deep clean. We walked through the house when they arrived and then all 3 got right to work. 3 hours later my house has never been cleaner. They went above and beyond and took great care to have me check everything before they left to make sure it was all good. I actually sought out quotes from a few companies but all of them would do only cleaning without organizing, and for $250 Lizz my lady completely changed my bathroom and my bedroom for the better infinitely. I initially hired this company to do a deep cleaning of my home. For the price quoted, I expected more than what I received. I will state that their management was more than concerned about making the job right and upon my request at a next time regular cleaning, the manager came out personally and they did a thorough job. I had what I believed to have a conversation afterwards about what I expected and I believed we were on the same page. A day later, I found what I thought was my vacuum left in my hallway and went to put it away, but upon looking closely at this vacuum, I realized it was similar, and it was dirtier than mine and things didn't work as mine. I contacted the manager immediately and let her know that I thought they had mistaken my vacuum for theirs and would they please return my machine. After some back and forth of why I believed the mistake had taken place, and thought she was on her way to return my machine, she stopped texting me and I gave her multiple requests to return my vacuum and my requests were ignored. I led to believe this woman is one who is NOT responsible enough to fix this issue and now I'm left with a broken vacuum that is not mine and she has my perfectly functioning vacuum to use . For $260 I was not impressed. I had a sticker that was on a bathroom mirror that had been pulled off so you just had the debris left and yet her staff didn't have a scraper to scrape that off when they were cleaning that mirror? really ?Now come on! It's the little details that mean a lot.. I told her to tell her staff not to move anything that had an electrical cord to it or if anything was heavy do not move it just go around it .... Well I didn't want them to move a two drawer wooden table, but they could've at least wiped it off on the top? I mean, isn't that what they're here for? To go over your whole house Surface cleaning they couldn't even wipe each Surface? they were supposed to wipe all the blinds ...that didn't happen...maybe the lower blinds:(. I just think it's very mediocre work and that was after a little over two hours with three women ...wow. Oh, and Ana, the owner was on her phone most of the time so obviously using one hand instead instead of focus, focusing on what she was there for. Maybe she was having a bad day I don't know.
