Please steer clear of "Flo Bray Improvements". I hired them to clear out the front of my house and…read moreput some mulch down, and they did a HORRIBLE job. I asked for river rocks to be removed prior to mulching, and I also had a bush that I asked them to remove from the roots because I don't want it growing back. Long story short, they left most of the rocks, removed the bush from what you can see above ground and left all the roots underneath. They basically covered everything with a cheap sheet and threw mulch unevenly everywhere to cover the half a€€ work. I had requested they come back, and complete the job a little better, but still a horrible job. They charged me for everything. Rock removal, shrub removal, and did the bare minimum. Weeds are growing in, which is expected, but not as much as I have. The whole wall is outlined with weeds because they placed the sheet down unprofessionally. Initially I told them I want straight lines for the outline and they came and did them wavy and crooked. I had to message them and tell them they did it incorrectly and they came back to redo it. Their names are Greg Florin and Ethan. I told them I want at least a partial refund or for them to come and do the work I asked and they said they did do what I asked. They told me they don't give refunds and if I want them to come and spray weed killer, they would charge me. I asked them about the bush they didn't remove and I paid for and their response was- it is pricier to remove a bush down to the root. I said wouldn't that have been something to mention when I initially asked you to remove the bush including the roots?? They charged me for it, and only removed the top of the bush above ground. They don't listen to what the customer wants, they worked half a€€ and I regret even giving them the full payment. I told them I was disappointed and that I was going to let customers know about their work, and they blocked me on messenger so I couldn't tag them. Horrible, horrible, horrible. They are located in pine bush.

Not only was he the most reasonable of the estimates I got, he also was the only one who didn't insist on bringing a bunch of heavy machinery into my yard unnecessarily.
