Chappy came out and discussed my project with me, and said he'd send me an estimate. Nothing. Emailed the office asking them to send and still nothing. This was a hot lead, I was ready to hire them but perhaps the job wasn't big enough so they didn't bother. However, the company I ended up going with quoted $30,000, which doesn't seem like a small job to me.

They canceled the appointment 4 days before the date that they gave me. Their work is not bad, but their customer service is terrible. There are many many other options.
