We retained North Country for a master bath remodel, plus installation of 3 'Solatube' skylight systems. Pete was super professional and cautious about everything. His tile subcontractor, Mike Doucette, did a fantastic job cutting and installing our travertine tile in the bathroom and closet. Always floor coverings over the carpet; right on time; no dinking around. As far as the skylights are concerned, I could not be happier. I chose the Solatube brand because although they were more expensive than the Velux, they are brighter and supposedly easier to install. Brighter, yes. Easier to install, no. Pete was very careful and methodical, and the results are fantastic. It really does look like you have left a light on. If I had a negative to point out, (this is really 4.5 stars, not 5), I would have to say the remodel took longer than he said. In fairness, he really didn't want to get pinned down on a guaranteed finish date, and because the job entailed cutting holes in the roof, obviously, rain delays were inevitable.
