The most unprofessional salon I have ever had to deal with. I received exactly one email after…read morebooking my appointment and never received a call or text message for confirmation or any additional information. The day of my appointment came -- one day prior to my 10-day vacation, mind you -- and no one answered the phone at the office. I called when the salon was supposedly open, so I ended up leaving a voicemail, which no one returned. After the call, I received an AI message asking how they could help me, and I replied, "I want to confirm my appointment for today." The operator replied with my appointment details and asked me to confirm if that was the correct appointment. I answered "yes," and it replied that my appointment had been confirmed. Almost two hours passed. I was five minutes from the salon and called because I ran into traffic and was worried I would be late. Well, it turns out I had no appointment because my supposed lash tech no longer works there, and no one bothered to inform me via email, call, or message. I asked if I could be seen by anyone else, and they said no. And to top it all off, when I asked why I wasn't informed earlier so I didn't have to drive all the way to the salon, the lady said, "Yeah, that's my fault. I was running late to work today." Disappointment is an understatement. Horrible customer service. All in all, I am grateful I didn't give them my money.

So, being an instruction follower I have had zero problems. I've also seen complaints about the subscription. It's very clear that when you want to cancel, you call the number and follow the prompt for "subscriptions" and they help you. You do need to give a 30 day notice and then like magic you are cancelled. It's not hard. I am cancelling my membership only because I don't need lashes every 2 weeks. I can go every 3. But for those needing every 2, it is a great deal and a money saver.

I have had the regular bar facial and they tailor it to you and if you have any issues you'd like them to focus on. The bar facial is done in an open area where other guests are also getting treatments done. If you want a private facial or another service you can pay extra for a room facial or room treatment. I also had the eyelash and brow tint as a bar treatment done in the open area. Demi M. did a great job at both and was very helpful in deciding the shade to go with. She did warn me that my eyebrows could be a little much the first day but after showering the dye would wash off my skin and it would look good. She was right they looked great after and lasted about a month, it was nice to not worry about wearing makeup! The bar facial and treatments are nice because they are cheaper than other spas and salons in Louisville. Bethany S and Alexis A both do a wonderful job with the bar facial.
