I'm so lazy about brow maintenance. My red hair also makes my brows and lashes light so I need periodic help to shape them so I can add color and not have the appearance of a lumberjack. Scrolling through Yelp this spot appeared under the preferences section and it was close. I was able to view appointments and pricing online, plus book a time with a credit card deposit. One was available this afternoon so I took it and here I am! It's tucked into an industrial park and you may drive around a bit to find the building. None of the businesses can post much signage beyond window stickers. Look for Building 500. It's a small space. Two chairs for waiting and you're in the same room with the two chairs for threading services. I appreciate the music in the background because it's so intimate. Anyone waiting pulls out their phones so as not to make eye contact. Two other rooms have closed doors and a shade for additional privacy. They offer quite a few services so I imagine the bigger commitments happen there. When booking online I got a confirmation email and it included instructions for several services. My appointment was at 4:15p but people already in the waiting room were there for earlier appointments. I sat down about 20 minutes after my appointment but it was worth the extra time. The care and precision to my brows was appreciated. Some trimming and major shaping up, top and bottom. My only experience at threading is at Oxmoor Mall and it's so quick - this took longer but it hurt a bit less and felt like a customized treatment. I received a loyalty card good for a free threading after 5 visits. read more

I was nervous to get my brows microbladed because I didn't want them to look un-natural. I found this place on Yelp and I'm glad I did! It was tucked back in an industrial park and was very clean and cute. Selma made me feel comfortable right away and after some numbing gel, I was relaxing while she was working on my brows. After some measuring and shaping, she performed a blade and shade that really shaped my brows and made them look great. At first when I got home I was worried they were too dark, but it definitely fades and changes as it heals to look natural. When I went back for my check up, she filled them in perfectly and gave me hair strokes to look even more natural. Net/net, super impressed, relatively painless, and easy to take care of for healing. I have come here twice so far to get my eyebrows threaded and Selma has done an awesome job. The first time I came, I explained that I was trying to grow out my eyebrows and she shaped them accordingly. The second time I came, they had grown out a bit and she truly worked magic on them. At least two people complimented me on my eyebrows later that day. They looked fantastic. The website is very straight forward and you can book from the website. This is super convenient as you can see all the time and date options. When booking, you do pay a small amount to hold your spot. This money is put towards the total of your threading/services but I do believe you lose it if you miss your appointment. Other cool things about the Brow Boutique are: -In the two times I've been here, my appointments have began on time so no waiting around. -There is a loyalty program for threading so that after your 9th threading, the 10th is free. -Selma is friendly and listens to what you want but will give her opinion as well.
