The office did not even see me or re-examine me. I ended up getting a root canal. After the root canal I still experienced pain. It was not until I moved and went to another dentist that spent good quality time with me that I was diagnosed with TMJ. I also have been informed that when dentist refer people to an endodontist they often get a "reward." Save yourself some time and money seek a dentist out who cares about their patients and is not in the business just to make money.

If they can't manage to do something as simple as canceling an appointment, I definitely wouldn't allow them to "practice" their dentistry on me. Now, almost 2 months later I got a statement in the mail. That would be fine, except that when I logged in to pay it, it shows $50 more than the statement was for and what I was told the cost would be. I got the statement on Friday and paid it on Saturday. There shouldn't have been interest or extra charges accumulated. I didn't even the last appointment that was supposed to be included in my total costs.
