Their professional websites are very impressive! This was the mistake I made as I checked reviews after the fact. As another review captured it very well, these are family's "Special events" and should be taken with great consideration. Here is a summary of my experience that hopefully will be helpful to you. On 05/27/2026, I booked and paid 50% of the $900.00 rental fee for a party tent, tables and chairs for a "Graduation Party" on 07/25/2026. The company representative, a very nice and helpful lady booked my event and let me know that she would contact me approximately a week before the party to review everything. I was then contacted by her on 07/20/2026 as she had indicated, at which time we reviewed my order, and I paid the 50% balance of the $900.00. She informed me that the tent, tables and chairs would be delivered and set up the day before, on Friday 07/24/2026. On Friday 07/24/2026, I waited until 4:00pm at which time no one had arrived for the set up. I then placed a call and spoke with the same lady who reassured me that they would be arriving as they worked until dark. No one arrived so I called around 9:00pm and had to leave a message on their voicemail; notifying them that no one arrived for the scheduled set-up. On Saturday, the day of the Graduation Party, I called at 8:00am and spoke with another company representative, a man this time, who was very nice and informed me that they ran out of time on 07/24/2026, but that I was on the morning schedule and they would be arriving and setting up by 10:00am. 10:00am came and went and they did not arrive. I called multiple times and left messages. I finally received a call from the lady close to 12:00 noon, informing me that the driver unfortunately had a flat tire and would not be arriving before the party started at 2:00pm and that she would have to refund my money on Monday (07/27/2026). After much discussion regarding where my guests would sit and eat at the Graduation Party, she informed me that there was nothing that she could do. I was then left to manage the situation, borrowing whatever tables and chairs I could from neighbors and setting them up prior to 2:00pm. To make matters worse, I spoke with the lady on 07/27/2026 and she indicated that she would be refunding my money in full as we discussed on 07/25/2026 and that I would also receive an e-mail confirmation of the refund on Tuesday 07/28/2026. She also informed me that I would also receive a call from the owner regarding the situation. She unfortunately did not follow through as she had stated. I then called her on 08/07/2026, at which time she informed me that she is unable to process the refund without the owner's approval, which she is still waiting for. I informed her that I also did not receive a call from the owner as she indicated that I would. More than one month later, I still am awaiting a call from the owner. I hope that this review is helpful to others and prevents someone else from having to go through an unfortunate experience like mine. Companies and people are not perfect, but should make things right when they fail their customers.
