Jen's communication throughout the process was outstanding. She kept us informed every step of the way with updates on upcoming litters until we picked the one we wanted a puppy from, and then the deposit is put towards your puppy purchase. She sent regular updates on puppy development and overall progress. I appreciate the trait testing and information that provides as well. We always felt informed and confident about what to expect. The preparation materials she provided before bringing our puppy home were incredibly helpful and made the transition much smoother. When it came time to select our puppy, the process was thoughtful, organized, and enjoyable. Jen took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped ensure a great match. I'm very glad she encouraged me to go into the process not having a particular dog in mind. I was truly able to feel which puppy I connected with in the moment and it was beautiful.
