This is the 9th move my wife and I have done in 35 years across the US, Cleve and Michael are easily the WORST real estate agents we have ever worked with. They poorly represented us in negotiations for property repair cost and provided very poor service providers for inspections, title searches, handymen, plumbers, electricians, and cleaners. We walked into the house on the morning of the closing and the house was full of dirt, bugs, broken glass and dog urine soaked carpets and some of the assets that were supposed to be left with the house were not. Michael and Cleve committed to cover the cost of to rectify the missing items and cleaning but barely lifted a finger and never reimbursed us for money we paid and he committed to cover. Since then, they have not returned one phone call or email. If you need a real estate agent and see an advertisement for Loveland Properties or Cleve Loveland and/or Michael Morais, run the other way as fast as you can!

I discovered that when I attempted to deposit my funds back into my account. When I contacted them, they would only issue a new check after I'd returned their unsigned check to them by FedEx or if I'd drive all the way across Orlando to return the check to them for signature. I had to take substantial time out of the middle of my workday to bring a check to them for the signature that should have been added before it was shipped and then return to my bank to deposit my returned money. End to end, I spent 2.5 hours of my workday on an error. How does a company make such a basic mistake with returning escrow? Making a mistake on something so fundamental undermines any confidence they'd be diligent and professional in other title related matters.
