He texted me the price of the door and his installation fee. He was able to set up an appointment the next morning for the install. He arrived on time, was polite and got right to work. We wanted Andersen windows made with FIBREX material and we discovered McKinley Pro is the only "Premier" Certified Andersen contractor in Central Florida (which I called Andersen to verify) that sells and installs them, and they offer 0% financing! From contract signing, measure, order placement & install, it could not have been a better experience and their communication is fantastic. After a long year of searching for the right glass / mirror company to replace an odd shaped…read morebuilder mirror, we found Glass Guru. Out of at least 20 companies we reached out to, they were the only company that would come on site and evaluate the project. I set up an appointment with Marcos, the owner, and he was so nice, helpful and had excellent advice. He took the time to help construct a solution that would stand the test of time and had a low failure rate. This made me realize that the other contractors would have failed in installing this massive mirror (almost 9'x5'). We had a few blips along the way and he had to install 2 mirrors and had ordered another one due to manufacturer's defects. This was devastating to both of our timelines but the team - Marcos, Josh and Diane - were so professional and reassuring about it all. They knew this would be completed at 100% of our expectations and nothing less. They must have come here half a dozen times to quell any concerns. And, Diane was so nice over the phone. We worked a lot with Josh for the follow up appointments and he is a perfectionist. He made sure the wall was ready for the initial and follow up installs as when you take a mirror down, it can be messy and can also rip down part of the wall too. We also had a 3D bump out which made it more challenging. He and his counterpart measured everything over and over and took his time installing. We are thrilled with the end result.
