I got was Tri-City glass in May to replace the balance rods on my windows in my house they came out…read moreto do the job after ordering the rods the rods or the wrong ones so they ordered a second set again they came out and the rods were the wrong ones this was not the fault of the glass company but the supplier did not do a very good job and getting them The rods they needed therefore they ordered a third time by now they were losing money on the job the supplier would not take back the old rods and give them a credit for tri city glass may good on their contract to do my windows they did an excellent job they did not leave me hanging they contacted me letting me know by phone everything that was going on and when they came out they were on time the employees were very good at their job and courteous most companies would have took in your money and not finish the job that is very common that is not the way Tri-City glass operates they went out of their way to get the parts we needed no matter how long it took and they did the job that they contracted to do even though it was at a loss to them my heart goes off to them there are not very many companies out there that will honor what they promise and tell you they will do this is one of those companies you can trust and if I ever had a problem again I would certainly look them up knowing that they will not just take my money and run nor will they ignore my phone calls they keep you in the loop the entire time and they finish the job they promised to do five stars does not go enough they went above and beyond what companies do nowadays nowadays people do a partial job and if they run into problems they leave you hanging if you want a real company and a job done properly I suggest you get with Tri-City glass for any of your needs involving your windows I was amazed that this company honored the contract and went out of their way to make sure they got their job done even though they lost money on the job that does not happen nowadays again five stars does not say enough for the service that you get from this company it is well above excellent I tried other companies and everybody told me I live too far away even if I paid them extra for gas that is not the way I was treated by Tri-City glass So think about these things when you have window problems you need someone that can help you and someone that will not leave you stranded that is Tri-City glass excellent service very responsible and very reliable thank you again

I wanted to have the glass inserts in my entrance doors replaced. I checked with the Home Depot…read moreinstaller and he said it could not be done because my doors were 93" and had been cut off. When I contacted Chris at Classic Glass Design, he knew the brand of doors that I had and said the company built their doors at 93" and there was no problem to replace the inserts. He even gave me replacement insert options that were not available at Home Depot. He drove 150 miles to do the job and was still cheaper than an estimate I received from HD, before they said the job could not be done. He arrived on time and and did a thorough clean up before he left.

There is a bay door next to the office where a ring goes off when someone walks in and then someone comes and greets you. You can call as well but I've gone in typically for framing work with my frames. They are already knowledgeable of thickness or smoothing edges if you tell them what you need the piece(s) and can give recommendations. They give you a call when your order is ready and pending what you need it doesn't typically take long. Super friendly staff, great customer service! It's personable and you can tell they care about their work.

The woman on the phone was courteous and gave him an estimate. First off- We went in on a Friday to drop the frame off and they called us with it fully ready first thing on Monday morning. That's incredible! We were thrilled with the quick turnaround. Secondly- This frame is one made and carved by my great grandfather and hols incredible sentimental value. It is also quite delicate due to the intricate carvings. They were attentive when we let them know to please handle it gently and with care and it was returned to us in the same condition as when we left it. A+ for that! Lastly- the customer service was excellent. Randy was there when we arrived to pick it up and he was not only so helpful in getting the large (and heavy) mirror into the back of our car, but he also asked us about the frame and commented on the craftsmanship. When he heard it was made by my great grandfather, he showed me some really cool features in the wood on the back that I wouldn't have noticed. He said he is a bit of a woodworker himself, so he really appreciated the piece and I have to say- it made my day! I shared the info he gave me with me family and it was just really special to know a bit more about my great grandfather's process and precision. Thank you, Randy! COVID note: They have a lobby area but have a sign asking you to go right in through the open garage doors to the shop so as to keep you from being in a small enclosed lobby during these crazy times.
