I came here to get my nails done before going on my honeymoon in Europe. I have never had any issues with bacteria when getting my nails done and I came here because it was rated a 4.5. Not only did I leave with my nails looking like a 5 year old did them, I got a bacteria infection and had to get medical attention in Europe for this. My finger was the size of Texas. I tried calling and speaking with the owner to let him know about the issue and request a refund, he called me and once I called back I could never reach him. Suggest going elsewhere. read more

This was my first time at K Nails and I had a great experience! I got a simple polish change on my toes and an acrylic fill with gel on my hands. Even though I was just getting a polish change the nail tech paid attention to detail and I was very satisfied with the outcome! Mimi did my acrylic fill and was amazing! I've been coming here for a few months now and wanted to wait to give a review to see if service was consistent and I would say it is a 90% consistency rate. As long as I have an appointment I don't wait for more than 5 minutes which is great. There is no pressure for additional services either which I love. The new location of K Nails has officially opened as of November 9 since the prior location at 3617 W Gandy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33611 closed months ago and the new location is absolutely beautiful. My how I have missed my favorite nail tech Karen. I only noticed minor price increases, such as parrafin wax now being $15 instead of $10. No biggie. There is also a new product added called soft gel tips for those who'd like long nails without having acrylic applied to the nail. The new salon is beautiful, spacious and clean and provides the same great service and care I was accustomed to at the Gandy location. read more

Great service, I was a walkin and waited maybe 5 minutes. I was greeted and recognized after being gone for 3 years! My nails look great.

Had a bad pedi experience. some of the girls rush you along. The massage actually hurt. Place needs a makeover. Owner/manager very nice. no parking. every time im there my doors get dinged. went to a new place on sale mabry and really loved it. Brand new. Probably will not return to this place. Many other choices available. Would go in a pinch but only on off times when i can get a parking spot. read more

There is a nail salon 5 blocks down the road in the Target shopping center that only charges $35 for a bikini wax. The only reason I went to Noire nail salon is because the other one was closed for New Year's Day. This is to the owner of Noire, You should venture out and see what other nail salons are charging their customers in the local area so that you can stay competitive with your competitors. Other than that my experience was enjoyable. The salon was nice and clean. The lady that took care of me was friendly. I did grab a business card before I was charged. I was considering going back. This place is a joke. I'll never go there again, the nail tech I had was unprofessional. I couldn't even tell her that she messed up a nail and left glitter all over the part of the nail that wasn't suppose to have glitter. The language barrier wasn't the issue it was her rushing me out because she didn't like spending time on perfecting quality nails instead I walked out with a set that was over 80$ that looked like someone diy from home. read more

Went based on a neighbor's recommendation for a pedicure and nice foot massage. The location is clean, very convenient, and has some nice glam touches to it. Given the recommendation, I discussed and requested the pedicure with the longest massage and they told me the "chocolate and champagne pedicure" would be at least 15 minutes and included a warm chocolate foot mask, lotion and oil. Unfortunately was underwhelmed by the experience as not all the items listed as included were provided and the massage was brief. Someone next to me got the deluxe pedicure which was the same as mine except a short hot stone massage. Im not sure if my technician was new but I'd probably recommend others to do the deluxe pedicure and not overspend on services they may not receive. read more
