We spoke and texted to confirm the meeting. On the day of our meeting in Springdale we left SLC at 7:00am to arrive on time. I texted David at 9:00am to inform him that we were on our way and to please confirm. No response from David. I called him at 12:00 noon, 2:00, 3:30 and 4:00 - no response - no return call, no return text and no appearance after our drive. Nothing. Buyer beware - very unlikely this is a legit listing through Yelp.
