Last year I bumped the fake rock that covers those pipes, causing a water leak emergency that Randy from Sprinkler Master handled quickly and for a reasonable price. When I called Sprinkler Master, I explained the situation to Naomi and she quickly got us on the repair schedule. She was friendly and personable, and put my mind at ease, which is no easy feat. Terrell came out and dug up the area around those pipes and located the source of the leak. He went to work, ultimately outsmarting those tricky connections and solved the problem. He replaced the dirt, cleaned up the work site, and did it all with a friendly, helpful attitude and pride in his work. Even better, he informed me that this was a warranty repair so there was no charge. At a time in life when so many things seem to be going wrong and money is tight, this company, the employees, and their work ethic is a huge blessing. (first time homeowner mistake) we called Danny to come fix this, and not only did he fix the entire valve system (in only a few hours) he repaired and replaced any other broken heads as well as sinking them into the ground (ours all stuck out very awkwardly hence why so many were broken) moved an entire sprinkler line that was placed poorly. (We only asked him to replace the valve system initially, but he offered to fix everything else) he saved us SO much time and saved my sweet dad from having to help us fix all of it ourselves.
