Belsito & Sons got back to us right away and provided us with their availability and quote. They worked in our crunched timeframe, showed up on time, and ready. Upon arrival, it quickly became evident after the contractor sink was removed, that the contractor's cutout on the Formica counter top was horrible and uneven. Belsito & Sons spend the time to diligently and carefully cut the material enough to fit in our new sink! The outcome was beautiful and even though it took MUCH more work than a typical drop in sink, they honored their original quote and never nickel & dimed anything (whether it be misc parts or pieces we were lacking). They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and I plan to use them ANYTIME I ever have an issue! I highly highly recommend. Builders stay away!!!!…read more This company is highly unprofessional, I brought them on as the plumbing contractor for my project and the incorrectly placed the pipes in the foundation, after the concrete was poured and the interior frame was completed we realized this and contacted them and the would respond to us when they felt like it, in addition to this it took about 2 months for them to fix this issue, they also incorrectly passed the sewer pipes in the front of the home and completed installation of that as well when they felt like which took months, I contacted them over and over Kevin Obrien specifically/directly and he doesn't answer his phone and it states on his voicemail "don't leave a voicemail" also always has an attitude, in addition once again there were more issues I gave them shower fixtures to install that ended getting misplaced by them and I had to repurchase a new set from them, I purchased a set from them in 04/2025 and today is 07/18/2025 and they have yet to be installed, they sent me a fake invoice of the shower fixtures manufacturer that was obviously photoshopped/manufactured by them, when I addressed these problems and advised them that I will be seeking legal action due to this they Kevin responded saying he will be walking off of the job and they sent me an email, I've been set back months on my project and I've lost thousands in interest payments on my loan because of these delays, if you are a builder I highly recommend you stay away from this company!
