They called at 430 saying they couldn't come and rescheduled for Wednesday same time. Wednesday came and we hadn't heard from the company. They did show up but not at 430. They arrived at 515. It wasn't a big deal but I could see how usually this is a potential problem. The driver came out and shook my hand with a smile. He then found my septic and the opening to it pretty quick. I was impressed. When he pulled it open it was noticed this tank has not been maintained in years. He guessed 5-10 years. He pumped it out pretty quick. I was told an hour but didn't take more then 30 minutes. I would use these guys again. He even took a look at my neighbors yard as well. He ran out of time to take care of it today but maybe they can reschedule for a different day.

That alone is commendable. Ive never owned a home with a septic tank & had heard horror stories so was anxious when I called. Samantha was courteous and walked me through the process. I was scheduled for between 12 and 4pm a few days later and the driver arrived at 12:15. He spent quite awhile pumping out my tank and informing me all along what he was doing and what to do for the future or look out for. The driver only wanted to do his best for me. Your employee, Randy Diaz, is impressive and so very nice. You will be glad you chose to go with them. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Bass came out and looked at the broken pipe and figured out a way to reroute the pipe around the house to the septic system. (Just FYI it had been broken for years). They cleaned out the septic tank and, with no pressure, suggested that I do a complete service on the septic field (which I agreed needed to be done after 20 years living in the house). Services were reasonably priced for the extent of the job. They were fast to answer the phone, came out to look over everything the next day, and was out to the big fix less than a week later.
