The level of customer service and attention I received was 10/10. I ran a few minutes behind due to difficulty finding the location. It's tucked away just off of the main highway however the owner had no problem directing me, nor did she rush through me service. After introducing herself, I was able to complete paperwork. We discussed my skincare needs and I was able to prepare for my services. Each step of the way I was told what was going on and following my services provided with recommendations on maintaining my new glow. I would add, if you're used to a spa that is not independently owned and fully staffed, this may not be the place for you. The owner did everything seamlessly with little interruption. Although t another client did call she excused herself, apologized and quickly returned. I was so relaxed with the music and facial steamer it was quite hard to notice.
