I asked "how much is it now since I didn't get the full hand done" she said it's going to be $30. I said $30? This lady said yea because the extra ten would've been the hand area. There is no way that this henna I got is worth 30 dollars. The lady's skill level is no where NEAR professional, just wasted my money and got a HORRIBLE design. She responded that she didn't have anything for the entire month of August. So was I was supposed to get my fill-in on the 5th of August and then not have another appointment until September...? How am I supposed to keep them looking good? For those that don't know, you're supposed to get them filled in every 2 weeks, maybe 3 if you absolutely have to. I'm posting today on the 30th, about a week and a half after my initial full set, and my lashes are already in desperate need of a fill in. Why did she volunteer her services if she didn't have the availability to take care of me as a customer long term? I posted screenshots of our conversation. It just feels like she took my money for vacation or to pad her pockets with no intention of being able to keep up with fill ins every 2 weeks. They are a tad bit longer than I like but I've had them for about 2 weeks now and have experienced very little shedding. They are the most lightweight and comfortable lashes I have ever worn. Each time the service was excellent, the wait has never been over a couple of minutes. While it is a bar, it has never been crowded when I visited.
