The eyebrows were too thick and uneven...the technician also noticed that my brows were not satisfactory and offered to take a percentage off my service. I still paid the total amount and told the technician she can keep the extra in tip. However I will not be back. Update: I went home to attempt to add concealer to correct the eyebrows so that I could go out in public and the brows instantly came off. I've had henna brow tinting before and have never been able to wipe the brows off. I'm thankful because I don't have to walk around looking silly but it's not the service I paid for.

Overall, there was a lack of transparency regarding pricing, and no posted price list was available. Because of the discrepancies and concerns about the charges, police were ultimately called to the scene.
