I am a former customer - I called to have some outlets looked at or replaced back in June or July…read more They returned my initial inquiry call (nice guy) but when it came to actually scheduling the work, they never called me back despite my leaving another message to hire them. Maybe my job was too small or maybe they are too busy...who knows? So while I can't review their electrical service, (was always good in the past) the only thing I can review now is their lack of customer service. Unfortunate.

My husband called Bill's Electrical Contracting yesterday morning to come out and fix a few outlets…read morethat weren't working at our house. Someone answered on the first ring and said they'd be out same day. A few hours later, the technician showed up and within an hour so had all three outlets up and running, plus another one they installed. The technician was very friendly, worked quickly, and was happy to answer any questions that we had. I thought the total cost was very reasonable. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be calling Bill's for all of our future electrical work.

I called and within a week they sent out 2 wonderful electricians. They were polite, cleaned up after themselves and installed the perfect closet light. I'm very satisfied. The ladies that take calls are pleasant and follow up. When it comes to electrical work, I think it's worth paying professionals given the risk involved. I highly recommend them.
